Obscurity of Life

Oust! I first bumped against a little young tadpole after I was let free. He looked a bit lost in the obscurity of life. Neither of us knew how to swim, and we were contemplating our first move, that’s when several other tadpoles like him and I; were showered on us like a midnight summer rain. Hot; fresh and burning. My little tail got entangled with a few other tadpoles the only arm I had then; which allowed me to swim. Without wasting a moment; I untangled my tail and swam in search of love. Will he find love, or will he get lost in the rigmarole of life?

Obscurity of Life is an inspiration for those who are striving to make the best of life. This collection of poetry unfolds a wide variety of subjects like love, exploitation of women, political issues like farmer suicides, poverty, education, female foeticide, other social and environment-related causes like the mangroves, tiger extinction and death. It intends to urge a few to rise to the occasion for there is still hope.
